Parkhotel Brunauer - Salzburg

I liked the rooms, the service and the breakfast buffet.

It was definitely within walking distance to the sites, but using a bus pass was more convenient due to location.

Great beds, good location for price- just a bit of a walk to city center/train station.

The staff was not very helpful with booking activities. But very nice!

For value for many as absolutely superb and could not ask for better. Lovely garden to hotel. Within easy walking distance of rail station and sights of Salzburg.

Location suits me. Walking distance to train station, yet the hotel is in a quiet and green location. Although the breakfast choice and quality is no longer like it used to be under the previous owner for 9. EUR it is good value for money. Cheaper than buying a full breakfast outside. The hotel is good value for the price considering prices in Salzburg. However, I'm in a position to choose my stays during low price periods.

Reception staff is not very service minded. Some staff members are Austrian, some are German. Austrian staff provides good service, is friendly and goes out of their way to provide information one may require. Wifi was not working. I was given a LAN cable to connect in the room. Restaurant menu is not very exciting.

Very pleasant quiet hotel amidst a large park and with a terrace where drinks are served giving you the impression you are 'in the country'. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is almost perfect. Rooms with a balcony and a view on the park. Digital (HD) TV with about a hundred channels from around the world, a.o. BVN (Dutch/Flamish TV). Ten minutes walk to the central train station and another fifteen minutes to the ancient centre of Salzburg.

Very very good breakfast. Not far from town center, and free car parking. Bathroom was clean and spatious. Staff was helpful, and the hotel already offered several commodities for tourists (city maps, Salzburg card).

Not really. Just a mini-fridge in the room would have been useful.

The suite I stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. I did encounter some difficulties with the shower verging between cold and very hot but sorted this out eventually. Breakfast was good and good value for money.The staff were extremely polite and also extremely pleasant and helpful.The overall experience was very good and very good value for money. I was sick during mz stay in the hotel. The hotel staff help me with all sorts of requests. Thez provded me a water cooker and assistance. The sauna and the solarium are excellent. The breakfast is okay when zou have a good appetite.

two separate rooms are really a bonus for my friend and me. very comfortable and convenient place. during the 17 days travel in Europe, I like this hotel the most.

Staff was extremely helpful. Restaurants were excellent quality at a good price. Overall value for money was outstanding in Europe.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable, good breakfasts, and less than 10 minutes walk from the station, which is also a hub for the excellent bus service.

Restaurant didn't seem to be functioning - evening meals were served in the bar.

This is a good hotel, not in the city centre but only about 15 minutes walk from the centre. They also offer inexpensive bicycle hire, so you can very quickly get into the old town. Great spa & sauna area too.

Room and staff were good but!

Had no internet on the third floor when all others had access the staff promised to get it fix the next day. I querried the repairs the next morning and the staff did not know any thing about it. Still no internet and none after two days when we checked out. I choose hotels on certian criteria and internet was one of these criteria.

Plenty of space in apartment and other areas. Intersting art around while we waited fro our romm to be ready - we were early! Breakfast was very good adn excellent modern colour scemes adn art in the Ambiente area.Beautiful carpets in reception area - reminded us of home!
